- Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise specified).
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags.
- If the item is faulty or damaged during shipping, please provide relevant photos as proof.
- Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items, unless the damage is due to a quality issue.
- Sale items, custom products, or personalized products (unless there is a quality issue).
- Return Process
- Request a Return: Please contact our customer service team via email (support@kicksgoal.shop), providing your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Confirmation: We will respond and confirm your return request within 1-2 business days.
- Return Address: After confirmation, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
- Return Shipping: Please ship the item back within 15 days after receiving the return confirmation and provide a tracking number.
- Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a quality issue or an incorrect item sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind) and the order has not been canceled, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees. - Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of whether the return has been approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact our customer service team (support@kicksgoal.shop). - Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations under the following conditions:
- Cancellation Time: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours after payment.
- How to Cancel: Please submit a cancellation request via email or phone, providing your order number.
- Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may follow the return process after receiving the item.
